Aziz Rana is Professor and Provost’s Distinguished Fellow at Boston College Law School. His research focuses on American constitutional law and political development. Dr. Rana is the author of Two Faces of American Freedom (Harvard, 2010), as well as various articles in journals including The Yale Law Journal, The University of Chicago Law Review, and California Law Review. Derek Kennedy will serve as discussant.
